Instructors class was spent on Jitte or Jutte kata which means 10 hands. Master Asai taught us that Jitte is among the seven main Shotokan karate kata._________
The best example of Jitte is Imura Takenori Sensei. He was many times JKA champion with this kata. You can now find his performance online. The best is on Nakayama Sensei's videos (which are now on the you-tube).
More than movements is to understand the application. Andre Shihan and I always practice these, as
